Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and documentation are included
  • The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Ship It Back

We'll provide return instructions. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Get Refunded

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please contact our team to arrange an exchange. If the replacement item is of a different value, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
